Owns the posting calendar, writes all captions and copy, monitors analytics, and drives Instagram growth and follower engagement.
Plans and executes virtual events including webinars, workshops, and speaker sessions. Manages the event calendar and handles external outreach to partner organizations.
Solely responsible for producing Shubho's monthly newsletter and managing all formal external communications and outreach emails.
Manages every stage of Shubho's hiring process, including applications, interviews, and onboarding, as well as recruitment for competitions and members.
Develops structured educational materials including guides, toolkits, and learning resources across Shubho's five STEM departments.
Manages all direct interaction with Shubho's online audience, including responding to DMs and comments, keeping the Discord active, and identifying potential speakers and collaborators.
