Shubho is a voluntary, unpaid nonprofit run by a small core team of directors and supported by a growing community of volunteers and participants. We believe that the most exciting ideas happen at the intersection of disciplines — when a future biomedical engineer talks to someone studying health data science, or when a pre-med student collaborates with a business major.
We bring those conversations to life through events, educational content, competitions, and community building across our five STEM departments.
All positions are virtual and open internationally. There are no fees, no barriers — just a shared passion for science and innovation.
Shubho is primarily run by a core team of 8–10 directors, each owning a specific area of the organization. Below the core team, we have a growing community of volunteers and participants who get involved through our programs, events, and competitions.
Above the core team sits our Board of Directors, which provides strategic direction and oversight. If you join as a director, you're part of the engine that actually runs Shubho — not a passive participant.
